Our Mission
We are dedicated to benefiting the diverse communities of Brent and surrounding areas. Our primary focus is empowering and supporting residents with a particular emphasis on promoting social inclusion, cohesion, and well-being.
Brent is one of London's most diverse boroughs, with almost two-thirds of the population belonging to Black, Asian, or Minority ethnic community groups. This rich cultural diversity is a strength we celebrate and promote.
We foster cross-cultural understanding and provide platforms for cultural expression and heritage preservation, strengthening the bonds within our community through celebrating its rich diversity.
We address key challenges including Brent's relatively high poverty rate (32%) and above-London-average unemployment rate (5.7%). Our programmes support unemployed and underemployed individuals through skill development, employability training, and job readiness initiatives.
We foster a thriving local economy by supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs through networking opportunities, business development workshops, and collaborative spaces that encourage community-driven entrepreneurship.

Community Hub

Our community hub serves as a safe and welcoming space for people to connect, interact, and build relationships. We foster a sense of belonging, social cohesion, and community pride through cultural celebrations, networking events, and volunteering opportunities that connect residents with local charities and causes.
Educational Workshops & Skills
Empowering individuals through knowledge and professional development.
We offer a wide range of educational workshops covering digital literacy, financial management, and creative arts. Our programmes support local businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs with mentorship and funding opportunities, contributing to the economic vitality and sustainability of Brent.
Health & Well-being
Promoting healthy lifestyles and reducing health inequalities.
We organise fitness classes, nutrition workshops, mental health support groups, and preventive health screenings. These initiatives improve physical and mental well-being across our community, addressing health disparities and fostering a culture of wellness.
Youth Engagement
Supporting positive development and social responsibility in young people.
Through mentoring schemes, leadership training, and creative outlets, we help young people build confidence, acquire new skills, and develop a strong sense of social responsibility and community engagement.
Environmental Sustainability
